Costume Meetings

Have the service unit manager and service team dress up for their monthly meetings.

For example in November the service unit manager dressed as a Indian, and two members of the service team dressed as Pilgrims.

The leaders get a real kick out of this, and it doesn't take long for attendance to pick up, since they want to see what might happen next month. Of course it was impossible to dress up every meeting, but the leaders knew if they kept coming they would certainly appear in costumes again. In October you might even have a costume meeting and have everyone come in costumes.Have prizes for the best costumes.
Note: This did not affect the length of the meeting
